NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO CONSIDER

RATE ADJUSTMENTS OR INCREASES

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to C.R.S. Section 32-1-1001(2), the Board of Directors of the Eastern Adams County Metropolitan District may fix, adjust or increase fees, rates, toll, penalties or charges for domestic water or sanitary sewer services provided to the District’s residential, commercial, and/or governmental property owners within or outside the boundaries of the District.  Such rate adjustments will be considered by the Board of Directors at a public meeting of the Board on December 4, 2026 at 9:45 a.m. at 3855 Lewiston Street, Ste. 120, Aurora, CO 80011.
